The Strength Order

Intro is a short 9 week program designed by The Strength Order. Aimed at beginner athletes looking to build strength and test new 1RMs in the gym. This program will require 4 days of training per week, and specifically designed for those who deadlifts with a sumo stance

Intro to Powerlifting [Sumo]

Volume accumulation phase. General hypertrophy and developing favourable movement patterns are the goals.

Block 1: Week 1-3

Transition to doubles. This block ensures a gradual acclimatisation to lower reps while keeping training volume high.

Block 2: Week 4-5

Transition to singles. Maximal specificity 3 weeks from the test. Pushing higher intensities allowing for specific adaptations for maximal force output.

Block 3: Week 6-7

Taper: Week 8-9

Kaizen is a 13 week Powerlifting off-season program designed by The Strength Order. Aimed at athletes looking to maximize their technique, muscle mass and work capacity while still preparing you to hit new 1RMs at the end of the program. This program will require 5 days of training per week, and specifically designed for those who deadlifts with a sumo stance

This program will require 5 days of training per week, and specifically designed for those who deadlifts with a sumo stance
